In cases of modding threads for example, having a load of posts constantly asking for updates or questions for stuff asked/showcased in previous pages is annoying and sometimes unavoidable, since not everyone closely follows progress. Dumb-behind, he is talking about pinning POSTS. For example: A modder pins a post where a guy says "It'll be released when it's done" to reduce people asking for updates constantly. @guard3: Excellent idea, guard3! I love it.
