Cocaine Lockup production

Is it normal for my upgraded cocaine lockup to produce varying amounts of product. I have staff and equipment upgrades, I always buy supplies then do i/e to cover the costs. I play solo so I just sell after it finishes producing. Sometimes I get 2 full bars that sell for like 168k sometimes I only get a bar and a 1/2 which only sells for around 123K. I don't have this problem with my weed farm. It always produces 2 1/2 bars for one (5 bar) round of supplies. I've tried shutting it down but it still varies. I don't have security upgrades but based on what I've read that wouldn't affect production.

Known issue. If you switch sessions during production of coke, you lose progress of that bar. I believe it's only during the first 30 min of production though. I always make sure to afk or stay in the current session during the first 30 min of product arriving.
