Can Store Oppressor in MOC without Vehicle Storage

I've got a bit of a dilemma. One of my characters stores their Oppressor in the MOC despite NOT having Personal Vehicle storage in a bay. They have the Vehicle and Weapon workshop, though.

 

I got the Vehicle and Weapon Workshop on the other character, too. He can't store his Oppressor in his MOC. Why is that? I drove it in, it doesn't save it to the MOC. I can call it out once, I believe. That's it.

 

Any idea as to what's going on?

mmm when you bought the vehicles/weapons bay you had the personal vehicle storage with the oppresor in it, thats why the game register your bike being stored in the moc despite not having the pv storage bay.

 

for your second character just do the same, buy the pv storage, put the bike in and later replace it with the vehicles/weapons bay.

Carimbo is spot on, it costs just under a million too get your secret storage in moc

Worked! BUT, what if i want to modify an Insurgent pickup and convert it to a Personal Vehicle now? I think it'll most likely move my Oppressor as the stored vehicle... then where the hell does it go... ? Sucks, tho... That it's permanently locked in there.

Call the oppressor, drive it into a full garage and swap with something else?

 

The whole point really is to have the storage in the moc and mod shop inside the Avenger.

And what do you have to do to make an Insurgent Pickup a personal vehicle?

Just drive the pegasus version into the moc

 

Edit: Have a pv street car in the moc before hand.

But wouldn't that get rid of my Oppressor as the stored PV?

I'm confused. If you have a mod shop in your MOC or Avenger, simply drive the pegasus insurgant in there to make it a pv. Once you've done that, iirc it will store the insurgant pv in the first available storage slot, eg apartment #1 if it is available.
