Did anyone buy a facility with no intention of ever doing the heist?

I'm not really interested in doing the heist but for a few reasons I'm considering a facility.

 

1) The annoying calls and emails promoting it.

 

2) The Avenger looks like fun

 

3) I wouldn't mind a Khanjali tank.

 

Questions

 

1) Are there any upgrades to the tank or anything else dependent upon doing the heist?

 

2) What are the fixed cost of owning a facility? The utility/wages daily?

The khanjali is discounted in purchase price after the heist

 

The upgrades are done through the vehicle workshop in either the MOC or the avenger, and are not dependent upon doing the heists

 

As for the running costs, sorry, can't help, I don't really pay attention to that bit

Run through all the heists once so you'll unlock the vehicle discounts and you'll unlock free remove cops from Lester too. There is no point in getting the vehicles undiscounted you're just wasting money there

Well remove wanted level is free, i don't think turn a blind eye is though(although i've never checked to be 100% sure, i never use it).

Meh. I have 24mil in the bank. I spend a lot on bail and lawyer fees (i.e.Lester).

 

Free would be nice.

I bought the Route 68 Facility across the street from my MC clubhouse so I could score snacks in between MC Contract Missions and stop the phone calls about it.

 

I'm guessing Lester and Avon(?) are still in that room waiting for me to come in, lol.

If I were you, I would make the heists, you can amortize the price of the facilities and recover the money, they are entertained and also, as someone said, you have reduced vehicle prices and removing the wanted level is free!

The heists are not difficult. (The last one a little). LOL.
