I'm seaeching for a good program to convert skins from other games to gta sa

Somebody can give me a idea?

 

And,somebody have the skin of big boss of mgs3?

Use 3dsmax ,blender and some custom scripts for import or exporting dffs ,any game ripper like ninja ripper and some scripts for importing the models
