Look, now i downloaded PS2 version of GTA VCS, but the dff is not converted good! this happens!

And make sure you are writing correctly the conversion commands.

 

Also there is a tool to make map conversion from PS2 (in case that's what you want), but you are not obtaining files named correctly, nor optimized, and maybe you are going to work extra to have all files and stuff in order (for example, the collision files having the correct surface properties).

Read the thread, in recent pages the author gives a detailed guide to use the tool.

For VCS, there is a bugged collision that you must remove. Read thread, some people had the same problem.
