Does GTAO have any improvements running on PS4 Pro Or Xbox One X?

I've only noticed better color and contrast and slight improvement on performance on the PS4 Pro. Nothing too special though.

If you buy a PRO or X and the Special Premium Enterprise Edition of GTA you get the towtruck back online.

Theoretically ps4pro and xbx should reduce framerate drops below 30 fps, also no more pop-in for Xbox due to upgrade from ddr3 to ddr5. No graphical improvements from rockstar side, but console itself should allow you to use higher resolution or better antialiasing.

That would ne weird having one player see cars and npc that another player dont see not that lag cant cause this anyway but intentionally would be weird

Most of the time comes from the P2P mesh they use instead of "proper" servers (or AWS etc). If the host's got potato internet, the entire session is sh*t.

pre-doomsday on xb1x the load times were improved to the point where I only saw one of the load screen panels as I loaded directly into a lobby. doomsday and this filler update royally f*cked all load times in the game. on xb1x its currently at where it was on a regular xb1 before DDH

Online games differences with framerate and other advantages are prohibited by Sony. It has been told at PSpro launch and hasn't been changed.

I upgraded my TV to a 4K one and ended up having to then go out and buy and XBox One X as, with the normal Xbox one not providing 4K output, there were noticeable lags due to the TV having to process the non-4K feed. I haven't really noticed that much difference in graphics or load times etc but a battery charge on the wireless controller does last about 5x as long then the normal controller which is a benefit.

I played for ages without the boost mode activated, and didn't see a difference.

 

After I turned it on, the game seems to be running at a more stable 30fps more consistently.

 

But I don't know, could be placebo.

If I do it's always on. Why toggle a boost mode? I can't say I've noticed a setting for it.
