Quite harmless 240 M$, but the circumstances...

 

Last December. Guy was introduced by a friend of mine, his colleague in RL, as I understand. Made a big show of having all the freshly rolled out toys from DDH, and how cool he was, threw about hin the usual "pro gamer" tipps everyone knows from Youtube, he knew all the world and his uncle anyway.

Shortly after he realized that I'm a female RL, he began texting me, I shall look at his stats to see how much greater he was than my friend, and I should join his crew to become rich. Honestly he must have been drunk or on steroids or something.

 

So I did him the favor and had that exclusive look. First thing I noticed was the 240 M $. Cash. Bank: 0 $. Aha. Great stats, K/D 10 and everything, but log-on time below 20 hours. Sure. Asked him about it, he finally responded he knows a guy who knows a guy etc., who knows a foolproof modding technique he would be willing to share ... for some "nice" pics from me RL.

 

Reported. Account disappeared within a week. My friend said he unfriended him RL, too. What a douche

I don't stalk other players but I do notice many people have zero sense...

There isn't that much to buy in the game so having that much money just shows how much time was wasted cheating. You'd think cheaters would just want to own everything without needing to play but nope... they seem to want an absurd amount of digits in the upper right corner of their screen for some whacky reason.

However the most I've seen is 2.1 bill, otherwise known as the maximum amount of cash you can have in GTA V (because of overflow). Anyone saying they've seen people with more than 2.1 billion is bs, it's impossible.

In the billions, but there are players out there with trillions, as you've seen from an above post here. I've only ever gotten a billion from the bounty days until it was reset by Rockstar. But now, I'm sitting at around 300 mill.

A few people got bugged out during transfer even with legit accounts and came across with more billions than you could count. I assume they still have the money. My richest friend has 3 billion which was given to him by a modder in game a couple of years ago.

Must be because the online servers handle your amount of money and therefore don't overflow the amount of cash you have (as you can't overflow the server).
