Activating a YMAP Mod

Looking for a answer on how to activate a ymap mod?

I've loaded it in the custom_maps.rpf in the dlc files. Added custom_map to the dlclist.

But can't get any to work? I know how to use the add-on dlc files. Usually you type in the vehicle name in the trainer. But with maps I'm confused!

Any help appreciated.

You don't "activate" ymap files. They load automatically when the game loads assuming you installed the mod correctly.

Thanks>> I had been putting both the custom_map dlc and the dlclist in the mods folder.. A modder from GTA 5 Mods suggested I put them directly in the root folder. So I'll see.Again thanks!
