It's a weapon for cowards which is activated from their facility, where they can see a satellite view of the island and every player marked on it. It allows them to pick out and lock on to any player in the session and make a guaranteed kill.

No the funniest is you thinking most people pay even tho we know all to well they don't due to glitches,  modded accounts or simply leaving after the shot.  You're just creating this narrative to help you fell good about being obliterated.  Don't know about you but I don't play long sittings so it takes days for me to fill my businesses so when I finally sell the bunker for example and someone obliterates my 2m sale Im not at all laughing and I sure as hell aint thinking "dummy spent 750k".

Are you on PC? I would say that there aren’t quite the level of modded accounts on console and if players don’t leave after the shot, they aren’t taking advantage of any glitches are they? 
 

I don’t give a f*ck about being obliterated man. I don’t know how many times I have to repeat that it happens so rarely that it hardly registers as even a minor nuisance. If it was more frequent I might be inclined to agree with you.

You don't have a problem with OC doesn't excuse OC's existence in the game! You have 3 and more hours every day for grinding in GTA:O?! Great! That's wonderful, but not everyone has so much free time, which they can spend for money grinding in GTA:O.

 

And just because someone rarely obliterates you with OC it doesn't mean that the rest of the players are rarely obliterated with OC. You are only one of the many players in GTA:O.

I told you already.  Im on xbox just like you and you're full of sh*t.  Plenty of modded accounts and people with glitched millions on console  Don't know what glitch free sessions you play in.  True if they don't leave they aren't taking advantage of the exploit but considering majority of the canon uses leave after the shot whats your point?  An "if" surely isn't your argument is it?

Yep went off radar so I had no idea he was going to his facility and had no prior beef so I didn't know he was going to OC me but hey at least he spent 750k  oh wait... he left  oh now he's back and in is facility again.  Now let me wait until he comes out so I can get payback.

You’re right, it’s a pointless argument.

 

Bottom line is that you’ll have to tolerate it if you want to play GTAO, because there is no indication that it is going to be removed as things stand.

Yeah, yeah it won't be removed because greedystar wants to milk money in every possible way! That's not a surprise! Only problem is that their greed is killing GTA:O. I'm already going to solo public sessions just to avoid OC as much as possible, but with time solo public sessions becomes boring because I can't enjoy that moment where I have to defend my cargo because other players are attacking it.  NPC's with time becomes boring because they are predictable enemies.  In the end it won't be a surprise if many players will stop playing GTA:O because of this.

Ah, the internet and its lack of emotions! I should've known that! That grinning emoticon should've indicated that I wasn't serious about that whole selfish thing.

 

Anyway! I understand that in your case OC isn't so annoying because you rarely have to see how someone obliterates you with OC, but the way how you were saying it looked like you're saying that majority should tolerate OC just because you don't have problems with it.  I don't have any problems with a fact that people don't agree to my opinion, but I do have problems with moments when it looks like someone is trying to tell majority that majority should tolerate something just because minority doesn't have problems with it.
