I love how he always reminds niko that he is a yokel and a peasant. Algonquin Assassin Posted September 30, 2018 Share Posted September 30, 2018 Why have I not posted in this thread until now? Anyway Vlad's a brilliant minor antagonist. He manages to get under your skin yet at the same time he's hilarious. I always laugh when he and Niko are walking to his car and he says "Is my nose bleeding?" and Niko calmly replies back "No. Not yet". Their chemistry is just fanatastic. You get the sense Niko knows he kind of a loser, but he just goes along with it. R.I.P annoying dick. I keep a save game with Clean Getaway as the next playable mission, just for the cutscene and dialogue: Here is one of my favorite in-game captures from that mission. Vlad was a closet yokel himself, but it's a shame he didn't last longer than he did - such a great interaction between him and Niko, genuinely funny and believable (who hasn't met someone like Vlad?). I absolutely love his conversation with Niko and his dialogues, he was a funny character too. "Tell this f*cking yokel here if he doesn't stop staring at me, I'll have his head chopped off and put a film of it on the internet".
