i did't understand properly.

 

It's similar to an apocalyptic world. You can find out more if you've looked for it online.

It's like to End Of The World, but apocalyptic. I'll participate if I can.


And dystopia is: an imagined place or state in which everything is unpleasant or bad, typically a totalitarian or environmentally degraded one.


An example: Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant, Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster etc.

It may be possible to create a another mission, but I am to busy for studying for college and I can't participate...

Yes, that's allowed. As I have said, if the setting is an undesirable environment, then it's allowed.
