Mexico or America?

Yo People. Which part of the Old West do you like better? Is it America, or Mexico?

 

My personal favourite is Mexico. I actually enjoyed the game set in that area. I like America too, but maybe it lacks the nice sunsets.

What about U?

to be honest i love the whole map. but if i had to pick it would be america. for some reason when i look back at my time playing i mostly stayed in america. except when i would be having battles with people over el presidio. other than that place. i dont remember doing as much in mexico. but i also picked punta orgullo. i love the scenery. i also love how the desert has white sand. it makes it very unique.

America/Hennigan's Stead.

 

Like the post above, I do love all of this map, and any part of it at the right time is awesome, lol. But I like McFarlane's Ranch where we begin as a 'base' for my main can save, that and John's own ranch.

 

The whole area in and around too, from Armadillo to Thieves Landing up to the snowy Tall Trees area near the Pacific Union Railway near the river there. Love hunting there, a great mix of animals and scenery, weather too.

 

Damn this game really got the atmosphere so good. I can't wait for 2.

Definately America. My favourite places have always been between the Mc Farlanes ranch and Tall Trees. Armadillo can be added for that saloon with the nice music.

 

I loved how Mexico looked but its not a place that I spend much time in.

Honestly i like both the same, for me the contrast and difference between the two is what makes the game great.

 

It reminds me a bit of san Andreas with the 3 very different cities. The combination together makes it great.

Casa Madrugada is my favorite location in the whole game, but overall I prefer America

You missed out both Tall Trees [uS] and the Great Plains [uS]. For shame OP.

 

While overall I prefer the US side, due to it's varied biomes. My favourite district has to be Perdido, owing to the lazy town of Chuparosa. I love it's laid back, breezy atmosphere. If I was a retired gunslinger I'd settle down there for sure - akin to Landon.

I also had some of my favourite free-roam multiplayer gunfights there; making good use of the stone parapets lining the town with the town hall providing apt protection.

Mexico hands down. It still looks amazing all these years later. Plus the Poncho outfit. Lol.

Mexico by far. The most action packed and exciting part of the game for me, genius by Rockstar to include it.

 

Shootouts on horse back while chasing trains, robbing trains, setting ambushes, having massively epic shootouts while raiding hideouts and palaces, eventually catching Escuela and over throwing the Mexican government >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Nowadays America refers to USA. Check on Wikipedia.

 

I love America too. Blackwater is my favourite city but I disliked the snowcapped mountains and forests.

 

Both Mexico and US have almost ALL buildings enterable.
