decided to post since i couldn't find any answer of this without only fps limit off.






it was issue of nPercentSubmerged.


=how to change=


1. open data\handring.cfg

2. find "seaplane"

3. change the integer of 9 to 7 or less.

4. save the file.

5. done.


just hope it will be of some helpful.
