k_qh_k_ Posted April 8, 2018 Share Posted April 8, 2018 (edited) decided to post since i couldn't find any answer of this without only fps limit off. it was issue of nPercentSubmerged. =how to change= 1. open data\handring.cfg 2. find "seaplane" 3. change the integer of 9 to 7 or less. 4. save the file. 5. done. just hope it will be of some helpful. Problems occur when a mod improperly changes the code. Seemingly unrelated problems may occur. IF you do not want to remove the modification. Try posting in the MODDING Forums. Otherwise some details: Which Version of the game did you Buy? 1. DVD v1 2. DVD v2 3. STEAM Registered Download v3. 4. Stolen (Warez, Torrent, Pirated) Game. IF your game is stolen you should ask at the source site. Too many reasons for a stolen game to not work.
