Model's Texture look Ugly - Sometimes

When I add flower (model+texture) with Vice Cry 1.8 Kovd's grass IPL to my GTA Vice City
some Location look "Nomarl" with my flowers model , BUT some Location , my Flower(Models's Texture) are look "Ugly" - Texture problem when I rotate mouse in game.
