When you watch Alex Shrub talking you notice his mouth doesn't appear to move so i assume it's the same case with Donald's . That was Donald Love Also he was voiced by Cam Neely & he is uncredited in the Credit's. ROCKSTAR MANIC Posted April 6, 2018 Share Posted April 6, 2018 I love the introduction of the party when Tommy is on the boat. It just sets the vibe & theme so well. The introduction of vice city's shady characters makes well for what will foreshadow in the story. Then you have the background music put in at the right time. love it.
