They updated and expanded the map from Heartland which features new quests, weapons etc, and characters from the Heartland DLC. Really had a blast playing through the missions and you unlock some pretty interesting equipment at the end of these quests. Yeah...3 looks like it is going to be great. I've been doing a media black out and all I know is that few seconds trailer where they mention the addition of wild life. And while we are here...and at the risk of repeating myself. Here is one of my all time favorite things that happened to me. I chuckle every time I watch. Jason Posted February 10 Share Posted February 10 I played a bit of 2 a few weeks ago, it's honestly a great little game but man do I wish they handled the co-op better. It's one of those games where co-op partners are basically just there to shoot and drive, you can't built a settlement up together or properly complete the game together. They should offer up an MMO style with small clusters of players in persistent worlds. If a player hasn't checked in during a set time period(let's say a month)...boot them from the map for a new player. Like FO76 but on a smaller scale and with the players fixed to a world. Invite friends to the world and offer up the option to share camps...and all of your co-op issues are gone. Of course stuff would have to be retooled or what-have-ya...otherwise, plague hearts would be eliminated in minutes. And this is what put me off on playing it. I absolutely loved SoD1, but then they announced SoD2 had co-op and I was hyped, but then I found out what kind of co-op it actually was and I was absolutely bummed out.
