... stunt races are about 20% skill and 80% luck.

This is true when racing with undisciplined/unsporting drivers with contact, catch-up and slipstream on. If you're stuck with people who don't know or care how/when to use their brakes and the leader is slowed down by catch-up, anyone can win so it's all about luck.

Catch-up and slipstream help bad drivers win at the expense of good drivers.

Yes. I say non contact beacuse are races without catch up and split stream (and PS4 bcz is where I play). So, I say again, showme any race with Akumas with better times than the Shotaro. When I need to use a vehcile on a race and I don't have it, I buy the vehicle. The money is not a problem.
For you, you won't buy all the vehicles used on transform races bcz 'you would have to win +200 races just to make up the difference'.

No I wouldn't buy all the vehicles for a transform race because I would never take part in transform races, they are f*cking awful and while you may have the money to buy ANY vehicle you wish to own, so you can take part in any small factor barely ever run race with barely ever used racing criteria, not everyone in the game does and a 'guru' of racing doing an accurate account of vehicle capability would understand this and as a result would advise on the performance of the vehicle in the whole (i.e across ALL race types and ALL race criteria) vs it's cost and I am sorry which ever way you slice it the Shotaro is an awful choice. It's one of the most expensive vehicles in game and gives you a higher than average win chance on certain races under certain race conditions, the Akuma is one of the cheapest vehicles and gives you a decent chance of winning just about ANY race you take part in.

I get it, you bought a 2.4mill bike now weather you bought it because you thought it would give you a leg up or you bought it to cover your own deficiencies as a racer, well that doesn't bother me but I do get that knowing their are people out there who would and could beat you using a $10,000 bike could be a trigger to some people but here's the thing don't get mad with me get mad with Rcokstar the only reason that $10,000 bike can slap down the $2.4mill bike is because

1). Rcostar know sh*te about balancing their game content

2). Rcokstar know sh*te about racing game mechanics (broken catchup and broken slipstream)

3). Rcokstar know sh*te about vehicle physics (wheelies make bikes go faster, and fly apparently)

It is that you are not understanding anything. Okay, my English sucks, but ...

Yes, that the Shotaro is an expensive vehicle, and?

As I have already told you, the vehicle does not win the races. Of course, anyone could win with any vehicle. I bet that competing with Oleg, he with a Faggio and me with a Shotaro, I'm sure he wins. It's exaggerated, but for you to understand what I mean.

I'm going to put the ideas in short sentences if you want to give me the rebates, with proofs, not opinions:

- The Shotaro is better than Akuma: https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/ps4/jobs/rockstar/?text=stunt

- Using the best vehicle will not win the race for you.

- You need to have skill.

- In races where the Akuma goes well, the Shotaro goes much better.

- In some races where the Bati goes well, the Gargolye goes better.

This is a list I did a while ago, I think it will not have changed much, of the 18 best lap times, not counting the glitches, in the stunt bike races:

Mountain Drop: 15 Shotaro, 2 Bati, 1 Hakuchou

Trench III: 13 Bati, 4 Gargolye, 1 Cliffhanger

Around the docks: 18 Shotaro

45º: 9 Bati, 9 Gargolye

Big M: 15 Shotaro, 1 Bati, 1 Gargolye, 1 Hakuchou Drag

Forest: 8 Hakuchou Drag, 9 Shotaro, 1 Bati

Over the bridge: 14 Shotaro, 4 Hakuchou Drag

Afterburner: 17 Bati, 1 Shotaro

High flier: 18 Shotaro

Vinewood Downhill: 12 Shotaro, 4 Akuma, 2 Bati

Trench I: 13 Bati, 2 Hakuchou Drag, 3 Shotaro

The wave: 12 Shotaro, 1 Bati, 5 Akuma

Threading the Needle: 9 Shotaro, 1 Bati, 4 Akuma, 4 Hakuchou Drag

Nightlife: 18 Shotaro

Over and under: 18 Shotaro

15 bike races:

10 with the Shotaro

4 with the Bati (2 of them with the Gargolye too)

1 with Hakuchou Drag (1 of them with the Shotaro too)

The Shotaro rocks, it's my race bike and I win more often than not on it
