None. Hangar is the worst business out there.

 

BUT, if you want to just unlock trade prices, than choose - first 3 (medical for me is the best, simply bcs its noticable from everywhere) or last 3 (less cooldown timer if you play solo). First 3 brings the most money, last 3 less money, the sell missions are the same - sh*tty. You need to have friends, minimum 3. One sale I managed to pull off solo, but those were 3 stunt plane and I had 1 minute left... But my flying was "perfect" and very good calculated (not to lose time on getting back for something, just go in "straight line" for deliveries)

 

p.s. Also, if you ever do solo sell, you can quit the mission. You will only lose 3 crates. Way better than the 60%+ of sale value.

I would avoid and go Import/Export and bunker sales.

to unlock discounts just pick whatever one you like aesthetically in your hanger, because there is zero purpose to selling the hanger, especially solo (it's actually impossible sometimes)

 

do 42 missions to get the hunter discount.

It doesn't pay well but if you want to do them for fun, the top left ones I think give better bonuses if you sell them in a larger shipment (full hangar) whereas the ones on the bottom right give a relatively better bonus in percentage terms for smaller shipments.

Mine is for aircraft only unless there is a 2x on sales then I'll pull a crew in to sell. I keep it topped off with the first 3 waiting for the sale.

Yeah, once I found out Ron takes a cut from the sale I was done with the hanger as a business. Just do the 42 sources to get the discounted prices on the aircraft. Much more money in the Bunker and I/E.

The Hangar is by far the least profitable of the free roam businesses, but you need to have one if you want access to many of the best aircraft so you might as well make the best of it. Between a good bonus payout and the money you save buying aircraft (depending on how many you plan to buy of course) it can end up being a profitable investment

 

If you're going to do the 42 missions to unlock all trade prices, you might as well do 8 more for a full hangar of 50 crates. Load up with 25 crates each of Narcotics and/or Chemicals and/or Medical supplies, they pay the best and a 25 crate sale is generally manageable with just one partner, some even maaaaybe doable solo. If you routinely play with larger groups you might as well pick one of those three items and go to 50 with it. Once you're full, just sit on the stock until the next time R* offers a good bonus on air crates, and then sell. Consider it a savings account, a low risk option since hangars aren't susceptible to raids like most other businesses.

 

After that, you can follow the same strategy or set the business side of the hangar aside completely having made the most of it. Personally I enjoy throwing an air freight mission in here and there just for variety, knowing it'll pay off in the long run.

I haven't done any in a while but from what I recall the RP rewards were nothing special and since air freight missions tend to be fairly lengthy they aren't really a great choice for grinding levels.

 

Good old fashioned crates are the way to go for grinding quick RP in free roam.

I have friends who are in stricte jet/griefer crew and have seen them sourcing hangar crates pretty fast with hydras. In 12 mission time they were full it was probably less then 2h. With double money and glitched bonus you could sell it for more then 2mil. Not bad profit in my opinion specially when u just want to fill it and wait for double event week.

I owe a good part of my 800 lvl to Special Cargo and VIP jobs, I would say that averagely a S'Cargo run give me 3000 RP, where Hangar run give me 1250-1500 RP... For the same duration(3-7min). There are some bonus like picking the crate mid-air, using the provided aircraft...etc, but anyway Special Cargo and VIP jobs are better if you want to farm RP solo with businesses.

 

RP for MC businesses are terrible too.

Every business apart from special cargo has terrible RP. I/E's is terrible in particular.
