Old events are back?

So i was playing GTA Online with my brother today, and my brother found this out, i didnt belive my eyes.

They're just returned only "hide event" option. In fact, Armored Truck script was deleted from the game under the root, if they'll implant it into the game again they need to make an update with a download, not just tunables thing. (and as we know, R* never do things like this, even for hotfixes. I think that is stupid sh*t, but i dunno what's happening in R* HQ, so i will not judge)

You can also get the armoured truck when doing special cargo missions as a CEO. You may see NPCs driving one around, or a parked one, or even other players driving it back to their respective warehouses.

 

Whatever... it's pretty safe to say this is not the return of 'old events'.

Why did they they delete it from the game in the first place? It wasn't game breaking at all. If anything, it was bugged, as sometimes it wouldn't even you give any RP or cash 100 percent of the time. Instead of fixing it, they decided to remove it completely. Why? They've given us so many new methods of making money (CEO, Bunkers, Facility, Doomsday Heists, etc.), but they remove one fun method of making money which was in the game since day one.

 

I swear, what the f*ck do these devs smoke over there up in Edinburgh?
