checkindza
Hi, so I'm using Windows 10 Pro x64, reinstalled not a long ago. And I think I'm getting kinda low framerates. My specs are : i7-4510U 8GB RAM NVIDIA Geforce 840M I'm getting about 60-70 fps not even with maxed out settings, draw distance is maybe only 3-4 tiles, AA 0, High Visual FX. Yes, some might say that it's really playable, that's true but I wan't to install some mods and mods like ENB even simple ones likes this one with some effects like lensflare, edgeAA disabled I get 35-60fps in singleplayer. Frame limiter is disabled, graphics drivers are on the newest version and yes I'm sure that the game is running on discrete graphics card not intel one. lil weasel
The Game's Programming is for only 30 FPS.
Ash_735
These games don't even handle too well above 30fps anyway, the physics is tied to framerate so a lot of stuff is broken beyond that, 60fps seems to be fine for a lot of people but don't go over that as the games will just start to throw curveballs at you (e.g. Claude dying when walking off a step in GTA3). Shogun Pacino
Disable frame limiter but sometimes you need to enable it.
checkindza
Disable frame limiter but sometimes you need to enable it. I get much lower fps with that enabled. So you say I shouldn't worry too much about it?
checkindza
But like the thing is, I want to mod this game so that's the reason why I want to get more fps because I think it's kinda too low.
checkindza
I think I just found a fix! Uploading a SilentPatch and dinput8.dll (don't know which one really helped), without mods gets me about 90-140fps with draw distance increased! checkindza
Nah, with ENB somehow it still drops to 40-60fps .
checkindza
And the strangest part is, no matter what enb I use, even the ones that only give car reflections drops fps to the same point...
