Wow, they were faster than what the previous R* support member said :

I'm not sure about the override they placed and why they can't do that to all GTA 5 players but I'm happy that they where able to free me from this bad sport lobby.

 

Despite lots of ppl saying R* sucks, I think they where quite prompt to correct my issue. I had three different R* support members on different tiers treating it and they constantly told me what they where doing.

I really think that the problem is when it comes to ban because they are trained to say that bans are finals.

Not the worst experience I had with a support team.

 

Tell them to free me, too. I can't be asked to wait 3 more months.

Sorry to hear that but tickets are for the character linked to the account.

 

You should try to open a new ticket without mentioning "ban" because ppl said that they automatically closed those tickets

You might try to find the rumored live-chat, I can't help you because I don't know myself how to contact them through it.

This s*it is critical and it's happening in front of everyone. Today my friend was another victim (4000+ lvl + 2y bad sport), tomorrow can be you! All your hours of gaming experience can be dumped because of an a*shole.
We have identified a cheater with a nickname similar to "GoodLuck" (not exact name) who is using this methodes against players, just FYI. Someone confirmed in another session, but knowing R* submiting a ticket will result in.. nothing.
