The wiki(s) for GTA IV has listed it for ps4 for a while, which is a bold face lie. There are a lot of improvements that could be made to the quality of the textures and the meshes. Have you seen the textures used on that Niko model in GTAV? It would be nice to have a higher clarity, while keeping the general feel/style of the original textures. What about having the cars with a more detailed interior with animated driving wheels like GTAV? That would be nice, wouldn't it? Besides which, I can recall quite a few times where the lighting in GTAIV made people glow at certain angles and in certain weathers. Guest Posted April 3, 2018 Share Posted April 3, 2018 I'd like to see a remastered version (as I said in practically all these topics) for current-gen consoles, but my real "priority" is a decent PC patch, I'm sick of lowering setting for running it barely at 60FPS with a GTX 970. I would like also a sort of bacwards compatibility on PS4, more or less the same we saw with GTA III/VC/SA as PS2 classics (now the"Trilogy" for PS4 on the EU Store is 60% off, so I'll probably buy all of them, even if have them already on PC). For a remastered now we're defintely out of time, Rockstar has always hyped a bit people, even for titles not so "famous". According to SteamDB, they have done something in the past months to GTA IV and EFLC and it seems this 1.0.9.0/1.1.4.0 patch will get rid of GFWL.
