I'm having trouble going into story mode. I tried doing almost everything that I found to fix the problem by googling and visiting forums ( DNS, Command Prompt) and still can't find a fix. When I go to download the "Rockstar Games Social Club", it brings me to this page:

 

 

This site can’t be reached

patches.rockstargames.com refused to connect.

Try:

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

 

 

Any input is much appreciated!
