Which bunker to get ?

I want that my bunker is close to my facility Grand Senora.

 

From what I have seen, my options are (like the best):

 

1) Farmhouse

 

2) Smoke Tree

 

3) Grand Senora (just because of the grand senora combo probably xD)

 

I would like to read some experience with this bunkers (resupply and most importantly selling missions, are they stale, random, close, less time consuming etc.), and especially if you have this facility also. There is a thread about "best bunkers", but from my perspective, that is "outdated" bcs all the votes go towards the chumash bcs its close. With facility teleport/ high end appartment teleport now, every bunker is close lol.

Been using the Smoke Tree Road Bunker since GR came out for two reasons:

- the road is close for vehicle spawning

- Sandy Shores Airfield is close for pegasus/Personal aircraft spawning

I bought it because my yacht but now my hanger and facility are right there and highway close by. Aircraft spawn just down the bridge, or right there.

 

There's an open space just outside to land a Cargobob or bring a plane, for whatever reason.

Anything near the center of the map will be good, just be mindful of your other businesses near to save time (or move them near).

How are the missions for you, can you do it with 1 friend the full bunker (one goes back for 3rd and delivers in time) ?

I am only afraid that Farmhouse will have "stale" sells, like always down the highway... But maybe if the sells are "quick", than maybe its better than others.

Pretty much how I feel.

 

Lot of my stuff is in one area or close together.. I'd like to move sh*t around but..just can't seem to do it.

 

I'd keep my hanger at FZ though.

 

I just thought, at the time of purchases, they suited the military-esque theme so I bought any spots around there if I could.

 

As for my yacht, I'm not so worried about moving it. Half the time, it gets moved anyway.

Smoke Tree has worked really well for me. Great road and highway access to access the city easily and close to the airfield. It's not at the center like the rest, but the road and highway access makes up for it.

Smoke tree, because i just have to look at the selling vehicle to choose my aircraft to order. Everything smaller than insurgent pickup-->Titan. Insurgent pickup fits in the bombushka. Airfield is close by which saves up time.

I have the scrapyard bunker and think it's probably a little underrated, it's close to the highway and all Marshall sell missions can be completed under 5 minutes. Phantom and one Insurgent Sell missions is completed before ghost Org runs out

Imo Chumash and Farmhouse are the best.

 

Both are the closest to LS and are right on the highway

I went with the zancudo because it had restrictive airspace prior to smugglers and role play reasons. It's fairly nice of a location as it's essentially right off the highway for sales. I've been too apathetic since smugglers to relocate it but I'd relocate to chumash for it being closer to the city but also right on the highway.

I don't care for the drive out of the farmhouse. I spend much of my time flying and smoketree lends itself better to that because of it's proximity to Sandy shores. The largely clear area of smoketree is better for parachuting and I really like the rock formation, right next to the entrance, as seen from the air.

Out of the 3 you listed, Farmhouse if you plan to do full stock solo sales to LS (for the bonus).

Otherwise just go for the one that's the most convenient to your casual gameplay style.

Get one close to the city. I own the one in Grapeseed and it's a pain to spend the first 2 minutes every delivery driving 3 miles. Also leaves you open to attack from aggressive players who have more time to locate and intercept you.

 

Are they more expensive? Yes. However, I've made well over $50 million from my GR sales, 95% of which is via solo runs, so I would have more than made back my investment. I'm almost considering taking the hit and moving shop to the Farmhouse should it ever get a 50% sale offer.

I use the method for 1 vehicle sales. Buy 1 batch of supplies and sell the stock from it.

but for me i would chose a route 68 bunker, the price are in the middle 1,9 iirc

and the selling route is not that far especially for that cursed buggy, you could go to LS by following the main road through the stoner cement works factory, straight ahead LS with access to the freeway in the intersection

 

and the multiple drops insurgent is also good to me, start and just follow the road that goes through the zancudo base, and then turn left in the intersection on the end of the road there's a gas station in that intersection and just go straight ahead to your first drop in chumash, or if the first drop is near the docks you can go through that main road that head into LS

While I recommend doing the supply missions at first because they're fun, in the long run you should be buying your supplies and generating the product while AFK. So at that point, the best bunkers will be the ones which offer the best Sell missions to Los Santos. For those, there are three that stand out IMHO:

 

Farmhouse. It's very close to the city, has its own access road to the highway that isn't well travelled and offers some cover (less problems with griefers).

Chumash. It's also very close to the city, but it comes into the city near "douchebag alley" (the area around Del Pierro apartments and Maze Bank West) so is not a good option on populated servers.

Smoke Tree. It's not as close to the city, but it's still reasonably close. It does have good access to Sandy Shores airfield if you want to 'air mail' your delivery vehicles.

 

Personally I think Farmhouse is the hands down winner. I have Smoke Tree on my second character and the extra distance to the city is enough to become annoying, but then I don't load delivery vehicles into aircraft, I just drive them (Phantom Wedge and 15min Insurgents if solo, others with friends).

Farm. Nice, close aircraft spawn (personal and Pegasus), easy access to LS and Blaine county, plus it's easily the most comfy of all the bunker locations.

I know that it is not on the original list, but, Chumash is a great location, closer to the city than the farmhouse, direct access to the highway, not too expensive either
