I really don't care to answer the question because you are non relevant to me, but i'll only say that i play gta mostly pve, and only engage in pvp when bothered and or in vip missions and my ratio is 3.5. A normal ratio using every vehicle in the game too, not on foot like you say and my name has nothing to do with that, my entire crew is called like that and we are mostly pve, so no. when i watch the players's ratio in every session it's VERY RARE to see anyone above 3... mostly they are even less than 1.. so yeah.. a 6 ratio is possible but very rare and or using sh*tty tactics like you just said.. (akula hovering out of radar, then in to kill, out to escape), luckily i don't see your kind often, but to each his own, do your thing, i'll do mines.

This doesn't affect you at all. Freeroam isn't going to be any less violent because

I got to 2.25 pretty easily. Most idiots in freeroam attack you for no reason and most have the IQ of a peanut and the skill of a rubber band, it's easy to dominate most randoms you see.

I have 2.74 or something like that, and quite frankly I don't play to boost it. No suicides, no passive abuse and no long rampages against every random in the lobby. I usually find one or two randoms (who usually attacks me first) and make continued war against them.

 

However I do play dirty against players playing dirty against me. Under the map Deluxo? Yeah, I'm not letting you get a kill on me.

 

EDIT: And no god damn explosive spam in ground warfare, don't even remember the last time I fired a RPG at someone on foot, and have not bought nor used grenades on soo long.

Pretty much this.

 

There are a few times that I've gone passive after being caught off guard but it's absolutely not a tactic for me. I prefer to choose my battles and they're usually done on my terms, not my opponent's.

 

Every weapon and tactic in this game has a counter. Theres also tactics that you excell at.

 

Find them and use them and you'll be a better player for it. Which will likely result in a higher KD if that matters to you.

 

BTW, I don't think I've shot a player with a rocket since Unreal Tournament 2k4. I've been killed by them a couple times in GTA but not enough to really worry about it. Seems expensive.

If I'm gonna do IE or guns in public lobbies I'll look at the map and the players list to see who the problems are likely to be, and where they will be coming from.

 

Or, if I'm feeling froggy I'll find the highest KD (not counting mine cuz it's usually the highest ) then target them in my Akula or IPC.

If someone spams explosives at me, I have no issues RPGing their bitch ass.

 

If someone is using an account with double damage (or something similarly unfair), I'll get myself on a rooftop with one access, proxy the entrance and spam grenades from the grenade launcher off it. Lots of people fall for the mines and I can easily nail anyone with the grenades.

 

EDIT: Oh yeah, forgot to mention those idiots who use cover in auto-aim PvP. I always RPG them when they use the cover mechanic, because 9 times out of ten they'll corner shoot you (spray aim) and that's just cheap.

Mine is 1.3 and i don't really care about it. I only use RPG to destroy Tanks, Choppers and Kuruma/DOD the rest is always done with regular bullets or if i sit in a chopper or weaponized vehicle then with that guns. I barely play PVP but if i do i don't use cheap tactics like the regular Freeroam Warrior.

 

And i never kill myself never, except im stuck on a mountain or far out on the sea. EWO is just lame.

I don't know about you, but I prefer if the bullets hits a wall instead of me, but hey, personal preference, I guess. There're plenty of easy ways to flush someone out of cover without resorting to explosives. Tear gas and aiming a minigun at where they'll pop up is my favorites.

Mine is a 5.5ish on both my Xbox and pc account. I play the same way across platforms. My only real rules are to not use passive and to have fun. Most of the time I don't bother people. When someone does go out of their way to kill me I'll fight with them. If someone trolls my freemode jobs I break out the jets/helis and troll hard. I'm wicked fun in a jet and pretty innovative in the heli.

That's a very good strategy, I agree, and personally I'd prefer using this, if everyone in freemode wasn't a chode and wouldn't blindfire f*cking RPGs at you from cover -_________-

I have a 1.67, but that number is pretty much carried over from my PS3 deathmatches days. Since I almost never do PvP anymore, this number remained largely untouched.

 

That, however, made me unprepared to properly face other players. I'm pretty sure everyone here could easily dominate me hahaha xD I'm not as good as I used to be and my K/D doesn't represent my true skills anymore. At most, it just shows that I am quite good avoiding fights, but if cornered while as CEO or in a weaponized vehicle\aircraft I always try to fight back. I may be owned but that will never happen without me trying to fight back if I can't escape or go passive.

 

I never got hit while doing a sale, but I know I would get very triggered if I ever saw my hard earned cash going away haha xD

 

I think last time I got into PvP was when a Deluxo pair attacked me and my crew. I was in a Akula but since I was landing it I couldn't do much, he targeted me as soon as he saw I was in a chopper, which didn't took long because he went straight to me anyway. Two of my friends were in a IPC though, so by the time I respawned they were already fighting them. I used the distraction to go to my facility and start the Heist we were going to do before being attacked (we had just finished that Volatol prep), so in the end I didn't even fought them.

My K/D since the beginning of GTA:O is over 18 with about 35,000 player kills and less than 2000 deaths. And yes, I coddle and nurture my K/D. It's my precious. It will be a sad day for me when I am finally killed for the 2000th time.

 

Yes, I have fought dirty, I have griefed, I have trolled, I have abused suicide and passive - I have done everything imaginable except to cheat or glitch. So what are all you little hall monitors going to do about it? That's right, nothing! Your precious little report button hasn't worked on me for 5 long years... Hahaha...

 

Of course, I don't do PvP all the time, or I'd had my 100,000th player kill by now. I can actually be quite friendly and cooperative when not feeding my K/D.

 

The only thing I will never use to kill someone is a Deluxo. Deluxo fa**ots are easily the most worthless in the game, and they deserve only to be pissed on by all other players.

 

Edit: Here you go, pulled the stats from the game: 34,723 kills vs 1,903 deaths = 18.21 K/D

@docpain222 nailed it. Not everyone plays the same. I run my business and try to play Bobby Brady, Hall Monitor by griefing griefers. I fight my battles as much on my terms as possible because f*ck your terms. Always have in every aspect of life (and virtual realities like games, paintball etc).

Getting close. 7.74 with 650 kills and 83 deaths at level 94.

 

I still keep it to where I'm mostly killing deluxos, collecting bounties, helping CEOs and offing the obligatory Zancudo fence-jumping jet-jockies. I manage a kill every few minutes or more in busy lobbies. The deluxos are getting pretty easy. If I can get within a hundred yards or less before I come out of stealth they pretty much don't have a chance. One rocket kills them every. single. time. and when you're that close they don't have time to spin around and evade/shoot back. Win/win!!

 

Oh, and the VIP work. LMAO. People get pretty mad when you challenge their Headhunter or whatever. Got one tonight just as it started. Should have went to Vegas instead of playing GTA with the timing of killing that bounty that had just turned sightseer mission start as I was letting rockets fly. Got the bounty AND the VIP win!

 

And yeah... before I drove my IPC to the bunker to AFK for the night I might or might not have dropped a bunch of proxies around LSC just for Lzzz.

I lobby hop, looking for dodgy players... Then, I hope they haven't noticed they are dodgy... I take my trusty BMX (has insurance and BP tires) on over to them, while I am in passive mode... I get off the BMX, right in front of them, then start air thrusting next to them.

 

9 times out of 10, they blow up the BMX, and immediately get the cap put on their head. It's glorious when it happens!

Well, I wouldn't fall for something so stupid. Also, I always keep an eye on my status when going on a rampage. I was in BS two times back in 2014, which was fun in its own way and which I don't regret - I am a completist, after all, and want to experience everything the game has to offer - but today I've got no inclination to go back.

 

...and I'm already clean again, thank you very much. All it took was 3 contact missions with 3 other players. :)

K/D in GTA Online can tell two different stories.

 

1) They have a bullsh*t hacked account. This is ok because you can not hack skill or talent. And therefore, they will get what they deserve for trying to be something they’re not.

 

2) You’re a mass murdering demon  who brings pure death and constant destruction. In 20-40 minutes, the lobby is empty. Strangely you realise Los Santos smells of blood, tears and semen. This is off putting to you. Time to find a new lobby and repeat the process.

 

K/D doesn’t matter, but it’s a fairly good representation of people’s general behaviour and playing style.
