Coke is $9000, Meth is around 7-8k if I'm not mistaken.

 

Just don't manage more than these two, the upkeep costs are plenty enough as is.

If you really want it, sure go for it. It's not like it will add anything in terms of gameplay, though: deliveries are almost identical. Don't go for expensive one, consider your location strategically and try to keep it close to your coke/ bunker or some other place of interest and frequent visitation. I was against biker business when I moved to PC, because my previous track record with them was not great on XB1. Anyway, I got my coke for 300k on that discount and that was one of the best investments I ever made in the game. I decided since I'm already driving post ops for others, why on Earth others are not doing it for me?

 

Oh, be advised, meth production rate is very slow!

When the MC businesses first came out, they were interesting (and useful) because they offered a passive money making method (which previously hadn't been available). But since bunkers were released, you really don't need to own any MC businesses at all. I shut down my coke business for good, and will only ever reactivate it if there's a 2x money event. And maybe not even then. The sell missions are just too damn tedious; they really feel like a punishment, and that's not what I'm looking for when I play GTA.

 

My advice: skip the MC businesses entirely, and put the money you had set aside for them into a fully upgraded bunker for AFK money making (Farmhouse is clearly the best option if you can afford it).

 

If you want to supplement the bunker income with something else a bit 'grindy', then:

I/E vehicle warehouse for active money making.

VIP work to fill any gaps.

Personally, I have set up all my biker business near large aircraft spawns, so I can solo sell 4 bikes with the Titan or the Bombushka. That means for me the most expensive coke business in the city and everything else in Blaine County.

For that purpose, it would be faaar better to have coke on docks, personal aircraft spawn is literally in front on coke lab.

 

EDIT: I bought a Titan today, in hope that I could transfer sometimes 4 bikes via Titan, "for fun factor", and that mission to be easier. But... Titan spawn isnt in front of the coke lab as I presumed

 

The aricraft spawn is only for hydra/helis/medium aircrafts.

 

For Titan purpouse is better to have city coke.

100% not getting any money from joining peoples setups on call whilst registered as MC,just played 4 setups and got no money from any as I was still in my MC so disbanded MC and did another and ta da got my money ! Joke how they havent fixed this yet !

Quick question does your Coke and Weed Farms still operate if your not registered as MC President ? Or do you have to be president for the product to work and make money ?

They are passive income, meaning you do not have to be registered MC.
