How to trigger ''The Last One''?

I already finished ''The Wrap Up'' now when i saved a lot as Franklin, still i don't know how to trigger ''The Last One''. It just doesn't come up. Also, Franklin's closet has a green ''F'' which means a Franklin mission is there but when i go there nothing will happen and if i go to the closet and change clothes the green ''F'' will disappear. Someone help me, please?

sh*t nevermind, i was not yet even in the big one heist. I'm about to do that mission. Sorry for this topic, please admins lock it.

Yeah, i know. I was talking about the wrong mission anyways. I meant the Last Mission but i didn't finish the big one heist even yet so forget this topic. Hope an admin locks it.
