Importing Max Payne 3 clothing models?

So i was wondering around youtube, trying to devoid myself of the new far cry game to not spoil it and because i don't have it yet, anyway, i stumbled upon a Max Payne 3 multiplayer clothing list, i had forgot that max payne 3 had multiplayer clothing, anyway, would it be possible to import clothing into gta? I see that you can open Max Payne 3 files in openiv, but i don't own Max Payne 3 on pc so i have no way of knowing.

 

Edit: I bought it, it wasn't cheap on steam but i wanted to play though it anyway and my xbox copy has a weird glitch that makes it go pink whenever i try and get past the first mission. Anyway, i have opened up the files and it seems like they might be possible.
