franklin's private fares are repeating

as the title says, the private fare calls are repeating and that probably means that they are somehow not completed but i completed them for like a million times. i am playing with the simple trainer 7.3 to pass the time to get the calls. every time i complete a private fare i re load the save and then complete another one.
