[Dumb question] Why does 20% of this forum have somebody else's member title?

A dumb question but why do i see some users use other people's bio?

 

Like don't get me wrong but it's kinda dumb seeing everybody having "Crackhead" or "Lil G Loc" title.

It's the standard member title based on the # of posts you have. Members can change it whenever they want.

 

Next time please use http://gtaforums.com/topic/805545-gtaforums-q-a/ for forum related Qs.
