Linerunner87 Posted March 26, 2018 Share Posted March 26, 2018 Hi! When I set the value of cars in the GTA San Andreas popcycle.dat to "1", I can't see any car on the streets, as I set it to "0". Another GTA Fan Posted March 26, 2018 Share Posted March 26, 2018 (edited) I believe the number of cars you set is the amount that will spawn in the area at once. I'm pretty sure this also includes parked vehicles. So setting it to 3 allows a max of 3 to spawn at any time, and if there's 3 parked vehicles around, I believe that counts to the total that will spawn, thus no more will spawn on the streets being dirven.
