I Want a New Drug (Bull Shark Testosterone 2.0)

Prior to GTAO, we were introduced to the franchise's most arguably obnoxious, yet beloved characters, Brucie Kibbitz.

While not many expected him, of all characters, to pop up in GTAV/O, he did and brought with him a new element to the game: Performance enhancements.

Or, more specifically, Bull Shark Testosterone, a steroid derived from Chilean bull sharks, which hypes the user with a boost of rage, strength, and reflexes.
And for just $500 bucks, users can leverage the effects for one minute during Death Matches or in Free Roam.

Unfortunately, it is, perhaps, one of the most overlooked advantages in the game, ignored or forgotten by casual players.
But, while it's kind of an effort to get, it does beg the question of "what if?"

"What if" the Bull Shark Testosterone offered more effects?
"What if" if lasted longer?
"What if" we could store it in the Weapons wheel, for easy access?
"What if" there were different varieties, offering a range of effects and advantages?

I wonder, would players be more likely to seek it out?

For example, "what if" there were other varieties to Bull Shark, like:
• Hammerhead Testosterone: Provides player with extreme melee abilities, like speed, ducking, reflex action, etc.
• Sand Shark Testosterone: Provides player with the ability to be hit by cars and stop the vehicle dead in it's tracks, with no damage to player.
• Whale Shark Testosterone: Makes the player 10 times larger and deal 10 times more damage.
• Wobbegon Shark Testosterone: 100% targeting accuracy so player doesn't even have to aim a weapon - shooting at a nearby enemy deals fatal hits, every time.
• Thresher Shark Testosterone: Provides the player with the insane ability to weave through traffic without hitting anything, blowing cars out of their way.
• Tiger Shark Testosterone: Hides player Off Radar and covers player in environmental camouflage to hide them from other players.
• Megalodon Testosterone: Costs a lot more, but provides the player with a short lived God-Mode effect.

The only other questions might be, would you be interested in trying these out?
What would the pricing on something like these be?
What would be the caveats, in your opinion?
Are there other possibilities or options you'd want to see?
And would you prefer Brucie be the contact or someone else?

Donkey Testosterone - increased damage resistance, but decreased speed.
Some dry grass - you see creatures around.
Pink pill - you don't see gore. Blood is transparent, fire and explosives are replaced by rainbow.
Man-hole - increased speed.

Tropsico - sky is in beautiful colors.
Rolled cow - player controles are inverted.

A bit burned weed - WE MASH UP THE PLACE TURN UP THE BASS AND MAKE THEM ALL HAVE FUN.

Dont know if its just me but bst is a bit broken, I tested with a couple of friends and with a combination of armor and bst and just bst they two hit with the heavy sniper with the first shot getting you to a tiny sliver of health. No headshots either. As I recall a couple updates back you need to be hit 4 or 5 times to get killed. Along with making the current bst as it should have worked like before Id really like a new bst which makes you immune from cops, getting hit from traffic, increase vehicle speed, and increase running speed.

I think it's a interesting idea and if done correctly, could add something exciting to the game.

 

However, stuff like this specifically:

This could have the potential to further ruin PVP. If anything like this was introduced, the cooldown period would have to be substantial.

Currently there is none for BST. Do we really want to introduce aimbot and godmode for starters?

- Lol. It could be a fun challenge to try and destroy that opponent. Maybe fun initially, but 6 months down the line when half the lobby is using it continuously.. you get the picture.

Anyway, I think that before adding more Bullsh*t Testosterone variants, we should balance the one variant that's currently in the game:

 

- Keep the health buff but remove the damage buff. It's not only irrealistic in a world of flying cars and bikes, it's also seriously unbalanced (BTS + Combat MG = Broken).

- Give a cooldown for calling BTS on demand as a CEO/Vice President.

- Notify the session when someone has taken BTS on demand, calling Brucie for BTS already does this.

 

Now if we're going to add more enhancing drugs, why not Adrenaline from GTA III/Vice City?

Fairy dust - If you pop fairy dust it creates a small cloud around you then you inhale it and dance uncontrollably for 10 secs.

If you pop it near someone you both dance uncontrollably until someone is declared the dance off champion.

I just want more drugs and I want them to last longer. Not PvP nor performance enhancing ones. The effects of weed should last longer. Same with booze.

 

I also wanna fly planes around tripping balls on peyote or lsd.

while not consumable , i prefer a sort of drug bomb

it works like quick teargas ; you threw one and it disperse a big puff of drugged gas

 

 

 

it has two effect based on player or NPCs

For player :

• disorient player's screen like doped effect from power play , in a different color
• screws up player's aiming in same sniper scope wobble
• mess up the auto-aim, either player's lock on just snap random target than closest one or sometimes doesn't lock on
• it causes a hallucination of the bomb's thrower randomly appear on victim's point of view . if the victim kill this illusion , it will not count as kill and the real on may or may not appear (not visible by any sound until you get killed) on your radar or even view. the illusion obviously can't kill the victim either but they'll annoy the victim to point of them having exact weapon as real ones (i.e gun accessories or tint)

For NPC :

• any NPC other than juggernauts who get sprung into the blast will briefly coughing before collapse in ground and groans as if they had serious headache
• like teargas , they briefly block out the line of sight until the gas dissipate. they won't last long as teargas
• just like an injured officer can be brought back in fight , there is high chance that incapacitated by drugged bomb can recover when another officer dragged the defenseless one in safe place (and if the paramedic arrives , they will recover quicker)

In fact, it is so zany and unbalanced that I would be surprised if Rockstar doesn't include it in a future DLC.

I can see where there would be issues in PVP so perhaps keep them out of deathmatches and assversary modes.

if can be used in heists then the megalodon or wobbegon boosts would help in DDHA3 finale

the thresher can be used so randumbs would learn how to drive the cycles in PSJ finale

 

I'd probably price consumables to less than $5k however

Also more beer variants like Patriot Beer, Stronzo and Cerveza Barracho available to purchase in stores could be good too.
