Having 2 vehicles out at the same time.

I'm aware that there hve been similar threads asked/answered previously but most are from years back, on the old days of GTA V.

 

With the release of new updates, is there any possible way to get 2 drivable cars out of the garage? My friend's relatively new to GTA Online and i was thinking of "lending" him one of my high end cars while i drive my other high end cars and we could cruise around together. If he were to stay in my PV and i enter my garage and take out another PV, will my previous PV, the one he's in delete?

 

If so, is there any possible methods to get both my PVs out at the same time abd still be drivable?

Yes, the one he's in would be deleted or whatever; you can't have two personal garage vehicles out at once.
