Second character outfit resets to first when I play anything

I recently decided to start using my second character after making it a few months ago. I have 8 outfits made and I switch them out often, but I found that every time I play anything and load into it, it resets my outfit to the first one. Every single round in LTS, I go into the menu and change back just to wear the outfit I wanted. Can't figure out why this is happening, it has never happened on my first character. I went through all the options in the online tab and can't find anything.

Do your outfits contain duffel bags or any other glitched parts?

None o that, just regular clothing. Now when I switched back to my first character I get stuck opening the garage door every time, not sure if it is related

Well, then im not sure.
As for stucking in garage, that's a common thing. It's rockstar servers and you can't do anything about it.
