avatar in the R* support forum doesnt change?!

hello there,

i know i know, this should be a problem...? YES! :-)

 

i have a really old avatar in thr R* support forum,

and it wont change, even when i change avatars.

in the R* social club the new avatar is fine,

even on the main pages "my activities" all is ok.

 

but when i do a post in the forums, my old avatar is there.

 

sure, the support say its caused by my browser. NO.

i have a new PC and changed the picture 5x since years.

they say i should change the browser languge, but why?

 

anyone of you have a clue, why my avatar wont change?

Sure, btw its a brand new pc, the avatar shouldnt have ever been seen on my pc.

i can try it on another pc, but if i remember correctly, it was also in the past.

Yes, my social club and rockstar support forum are different too. Support forum uses my first selfie avatar.
And it has nothing to do with cache. Im on other PC too and changed avatars a couple of times too, but no changes. But this thing don't actually bugger me.

uhmmmm.... yyyes. why you ask for it? do you think its caused by that?! o.O

 

actually im on an iMac with safari, normally on Windows 10 PC and Firefox.

so i have a clean cache, and event set all on englisch. no changes in the support picture.

the other pictures refreshed as well. i also dont think its a cache problem.

but this is what the R* Support told me.
