GTA Plus Enjoyer
http://prntscr.com/ivvx63 http://prntscr.com/ivvxa6 These are my PC specifications taken right from my "dxdiag". For some reason though, GTA:SA doesn't work smoothly at 60FPS even if I lower all of my settings, turn FPS limiter off (the resolution is left at max which is 1280x1024 in my case). GTA:SA works at around 30-50FPS for me, but it's not as smooth as it is in some YouTube videos I watched (e.g. ) I then installed FreezIn's ENB which makes my game look like ten times better, and the FPS is same (30-50), but it hardly reached 60, and is almost never as buttery smooth as it is in that video I mentioned above. I don't know is it my PC, my monitor, is my game broken, or something. If anyone has got any ideas on how could I possibly fix it, please tell me. Thanks in advance. LaDiDa
Play at 30 fps if you want to be able to even play the game (otherwise the broken physics play you).
Shogun Pacino
Disable Frame limiter, thought sometimes you have to enable it. Davve95

Official General
Try this : Download this - http://www.gtainside.com/en/sanandreas/mods/82854-60-fps-frame-limiter/and install it in your CLEO folder. Then turn Frame Limiter ON, set resolution at 1920x1080 and you will get smooth 60fps constantly. Then : Get rid of your ENB. ENBs are no good for SA, most of them heavily tax the game's performance. Download and install Skygfx and Project 2Dfx, they are simply major enhancements of the original game's graphics and do no affect FPS. Bullsh*t, disabled backface culling, dualpass rendering and LODlights only p2dfx settings your overall FPS will drop, how significant is determined by how powerful your hardware is but when the game runs at 200+ FPS vanilla the impact will be insignificant. Shogun Pacino
Delete ENB. Right now. First, enb looks crappy even tho if it makes the graphics better uglier it also lags. Install skyGFX & Project2dfx as Official General said. Edited March 27, 2018 by CoolMods Official General

I have tried ENBs for SA and my PC is quite a powerful one. And to be honest, most of the ENBs did not look particularly very good, even the best ones - to me they certainly looked much better in their screenshots than they did in real life. This is my experience. Skygfx and Project2dfx are much better to use than any ENB in my opinion, they keep the original look of the game but with sharp, clear and refined graphics and nice effects. LaDiDa
It is better then enb series, but don't say it doesn't impact performance. D:

D: Well it can impact performance depending on your PC's power, that's a trifle obvious and its a fact.
