(-2) Adam's Apple Boulevard, Downtown Los Santos. It's a decent one, but not that great in my opinion. A little too much fighting goes on outside it.

Living in Eclipse and North Conker, plus most other people living in Vinewood makes Hawick very often used. Quick to get to from the Mirror Park side of the map and the freeway and just up from downtown. It's also a few blocks down from a convenience store, which makes it practical in my view.

 

I use Mission Row, Little Seoul, Hawick and Del Perro far more often than Adam's Apple Boulevard so I can't grasp it's clear superiority over everything else in the game. It's a good location, very central (I do understand why it's liked) but it's not the undisputed best either.
