Little Seoul is close to downtown and easily accessible by most offices and apparments in addition to the Vespucci helipad. It's also right next to a convenience store (with a car wash, mind you) so if you ever want to do a quick snacks/armor combo before the host launches the next job its a very practical location.

 

-2 for Great Chaparral because compared to the others it's out of sight and out of mind.
