What to buy next?

I'm playing GTA Online for a week and I've already got a Luxury Apartment and MC Club; my question is, which kind of building should I buy next? An office or cocaine warehouse? I don't want to buy cars at the moment, but rather keep the focus on this money activity.

What do you suggest?

Ok, thanks! but for the I/E garage do I need an office first? or how I recognize them on the Dynasty map?

For I/E, you need an office

 

To purchase a vehicle or crates warehouse, you need to use the pc on the office desk, not from dynasty8 or dynadty8 executive from the regular internet

 

CEO crates can be very profitable if done the right way, large warehouse, 3 crates at a time
