Get vehicle license plate

Hello,

 

I'd like to create a cleo mod, it would be my first script so I have no idea how to do this.

I want to get the license plate from the nearest vehicle that is not the player's vehicle (not the vehicle the player is driving/passenger)

 

I know it's specific, but that would be helpfull for me in a sa:mp roleplay server.

I'm a cop and I want to get the license plate from the vehicle in front of me.

 

I would appreciate some help to do this cleo script, if it's possible.
