If a vehicle has the fDownforceModifier string it overrides the standard spoiler traction completely. The only time in which this wasn't true was when Cunning Stunts was first released and downforce vehicles had the benefit of standard traction and downforce. Most of the downforce cars released nowadays come with high traction by default anyway so its really up to you and whether or not you like to stay planted. Im buying it if the gun can be removed and has option for 4x4 since I know that as a weaponized vehicle that its going to be a worse technical. So far, the first grouping and the Caracara got solid release dates by Fun. The Ellie and the Tezeract are supposed to come out next week with the Caracara coming the one after that with the Adversary Mode. However, things could change with the following groupings and spacing between releases might be wider or tighter. As soon as news of that comes, I'll make sure to update the OP to keep you posted. It'll be multiple cars per week with the exception of the 4x4 pickup with the gun on the back, that's coming April 3rd with the Assault adversary mode. That's the only car for that week. The first batch (Ellie and Pegassi Tyrant) are most likely coming next week but the rest could be spread apart two/three weeks each to coincide with more new content coming May 1st and 29th (Special Vehicle & Transform Races) or they could just be released one week apart from each other. Your Sea Sparrow is, at least, three weeks off since we still have the first grouping to go and the Caracara by itself. Please keep in mind it could take a bit longer or not, in case Rockstar decides to space releases a bit wider due to more vehicles being released each time.
