Gotta say I love that we have nascar style cars and racing especially that its early 90s style cause its what I grew up watching and I stopped caring about NASCAR after Dale died. Bloodring by the way is a lot of fun if you go in with the right mind set. I usually hate catch up but in this instance I love it, it keeps everyone close together to really give you that NASCAR traffic feel with someone always slipstreaming u while ur slipstreaming the car in front. You gotta go into the bloodring with the rubbing is racing mindset. With catchup on plus slipstream even if you get wrecked/spun out you have more than enough time to get back to the front of the pack and exact revenge/win. If you go in with a serious attitude about proper race edicate etc etc you will rage. I did a a bloodring race with non contact and it was an absolute snooze fest. Also, this car corners great just dont use the breaks. this car works best by letting go of the accelerator going into the turn and accelerating once in the turn. Do not use the breaks unless the car is going straight cause it gets squirlly otherwise. I hear you, Like I said I have always hated catchup, but for bloodring I personally think it works. I know about the slowness once in first place, Its definitely very noticeable in bloodring, but I dont mind I just changed strategy and looked to protect myself from the maniacs catching up from behind . Just look at the name bloodring its basically telling u this is supposed to be Days of Thunder on steroids. Btw Ive won races or placed top three after getting spun out or knock off the road like 3 times. This isnt for serious racers. And thats ok, not everything has to be. Engine bay looks spot on for the real deal, and in the trunk they even have the filler neck going down to the fuel cell. Won my first race I did yesterday early AM in a stock version. I assume many people didn't have modded sabres yet. In 1st place with catch up on it was absolutely miserable. No. A stock car body is usually sheet metal and/m plastic body panels made to resemble a real production car. Literally a shell that fits over the chassis. Two people could lift the entire bodywork off of a stock car. All mechanical and electrical items are affixed to the chassis and roll cage.
