It has livery mapping but no liveries, it has a high poly v8 from the lowriders but no option to customize air filters, it has the specter interior but none of the interior modification goodies the specter has, it also has no quad exaust besides clearly having enough space for them. Could be a tuner car in my oppinion, the assets are already in hand and they all work on this car since it has the right basis, rockstar engine bay and interior modifications are all modular, they are made to work in multiple cars just changing the attaching point. Imagine this car with the engine block upgrades from the dominator gtt or asp, quad exaust and some dual stripes liveries ? I have heard here and there that they were removed, but some cars can't still double clutch, the bouncy suspension is still working on others, seems like it will need a lot of study to figure out whats actually happening.
