Series A-Funding Heist Trash Bag problem

Hello, while me and my friends playing GTA : Online Series-A Trash Truck and when we try to pick up trash bag our characters stuck and we never able to walk again it's just stucked, we try to hit with truck stucked guy, when we hit him he can walk again but when he try to pick up trash bag again he stucked again, everyone try on heist crew and everyone get stucked...
