What is your strategy when outnumbered?

Make distance. If they want to kill you, they'll come. Play as dirty as they do.
Just don't bite more than you can chew.

I find being outnumbered much easier than 1 on 1. Because when there is more of them there is more to hit lol. Just don't let yourself get stranded so they can all scope you. If you are outnumbered they will ALWAYS want you to go on foot run and gun in an open space like the beach. They often send texts asking you to go to the beach for some bizare reason. But never play how they want you too. Play how you want to and they will follow if they want you dead. And this is where the fun is and you can turn it into a game of cat and mouse and set traps etc for them. Its 1 vs lots of them so even the numbers out by using oppressors, deluxos, apcs, jets, bomber planes etc. And get creative with them. Learn which vehicle trumps other vehicles. Use off the radar and ghost.

I've lost count at the amount of times i've upset large CEO and biker groups coming after me. I can almost always beat ever single one of them and gain the upper hand. And they always start texting me saying i'm a noob for having to use special vehicles, off radar and ghost despite the fact they too are using special vehicles off the radar and ghost. I'm like "Ummm.....5 Vs 1 so i have to even the odds. And you are using special vehicles and off the radar and ghost aswell anyway!" Then they ask me to 1 Vs 1 at the beach but i'm not stupid and i know it will be 5 Vs 1 at the beach where i stand no chance. So i never go, just walk away leaving them with the "L".

Another thing i like to do as well is kill all of them more than they have killed me. Even if its just 1 kill more per person, as long as i have killed every single one of them more than they have me..........then go passive or into a building. They really LOVE that. lmao

Use off the radar

I end up getting spawn killed again before Lester can pick up his phone

any number higher than 0 is outnumbered by my standards. i got griefed by a level 20 the other day and i'm level 440+

i usually just let me grief me bc i think it's funny. then when they least expect it i destroy all their i/e, research, sales, etc.

no one f*cks with marina and gets away it

When I'm in the air I prefer a challenge and like to be outnumbered though. That's the only time I'll actively engage in fighting other players really.

Go passive.

Sms all attacking me "LOL U CAN'T KILL ME N00B!!"

Return to a safe house.

Ignore all the abusive reply SMS messages from said hoard

Change sessions while crying lonely tears of sadness and depression that my attempts to befriend a crew by showing them how good I am at destroying their gun running cargo failed again.....

*edit. Added N00B

**edit. Changed "exit" to "edit"

I fight except if they are using cheap tactics or overpowered vehicles then I go passive and attack them later or I just leave the session.

The akula is the best way to harass/avoid a large group of players. Also, ghost with a khanjali tank this can back fire and result in teleports or passive mode.. The avenger can fly into jets, helicopters, and even deluxos while enduring a large amount of punishment. I use passive and ewo to prevent children from citing the broken score system.

In other words you use exploits to take advantage of the broken score system.

I love these types of fights but usually get rekt simply because I am being shot at, strafed from above and blown up from all angles. It's satisfying getting a quick kill before I die and they say "lol you suck, quit the game" while it's 1v8. I think it helps my awareness and quickscope kills or rping a jet out of sky.

What do you all do?

Bring up my phone and answer Lester's message to start the pac. Teleport to my apartment.

I go passive, lol. I don't like PVP, my k/d ratio is just 0.81

I sometimes decide to participate in a freeroam event, half of the people who in the lobby want to bite my ass a result, because I asked for trouble.

If I can not lose people, my best shot is passive mode.

Happy Hunter

If you're massively outnumbered, they're using vehicles - and you just can't beat them with the sheer firepower of a Hunter or jet/tank/etc. you could try an Akula. You can fly around off radar for long periods of time. Eventually they'll get bored of being in jets, crash or exit - when one of them's on their own or splintered off in a smaller sub-group, you have an opportunity to strike. When they all get p*ssed off and grab jets again, off you go into stealth mode.

I just did this again earlier ... Wow that felt good lol. 3 jets, spamming ghost org and going in and out of passive mode, going after everyone in the session and destroying cargo - it was obvious even something like a Pyro wouldn't stand up to 3 people doing all that.

So I just lurked around in the Akula. Every now and then I'd land on a roof with the explosive sniper. I wouldn't snipe for more than 10 seconds before being back hidden away in the helicopter. Whenever one of them crashed, or just left the jet for a moment - I'd strike, and immediately be gone when everyone showed up looking for me.

At the end they left, all apart from one anyway. That guy tried an Oppressor, but I was able to use my Nightshark and he ended up blowing himself up a few times. That was enough to make him go too (well, combined with a little sad trombone horn honking).

Akula is very good for slowly winning a fight over big groups of players. You won't get that many kills if they're all in jets - but you will be able to slowly gain kills on them, which usually drives these types crazy.

I'm not usually outnumbered since i tend to play with my crew and or friends and we all defend ourselves, but in the rare case it happens i just try to defend myself on foot and check if they are noob enough for me to handle them easily, and if things start to go south either because try hard, pro or aimbot, i go into the khanjali and try to make them leave the session, or after i get bored i swap.

Well if you're in free roam passive mode is the answer, but if in matches just "find new session"

Yes, I personally dont like ewo, but it does remove the cops, at the cost of a loading screen. Passive is reserved for players that use it first. I am not going to allow some numskull child to send a message about how they rekt me when they repeatedly killed themselves. I rarely ever send a message first.

I no longer grief (I used to be a right sod!) BUT after around 20 mins of being 'bullied' by a MC crew the President messaged me and said "well done for not leaving fancy helping out my MC?" I said OK but on the mic I heard some of the other members call me n*gga, p*ssy etc. So, what do you do? Accept it or be childish? (this game makes me childish sometimes) So I took one of his dustbin vans (coke sell) and drove it off the pier purposely!

Here's my strat for that scenario:

Go otr

akula

Land in proximity to their patrol routes

Ghost org

Explosive sniper

A lone avenger is also semi viable:

Otr

Avenger

Autopilot

Man turrets

*even if they blow it up, they don't get the kill when you're in the back with autopilot. You simply respawn on the ground. OTR then heist warp and start anew. Troll level 9.

All of this is void if one of the enemy crew is relaying your position by using the orbital butthole gun. In which case, I throw out a gg and bow out.

I usually add distractions to the mix: put a bounty on one (so now other players get involved), call the Mercs on another, and a Mugger on another. Strike Teams are another good option, if you can get back to your facility. Used that last night for a second kill on an idiot who randomly sniped me while I was minding my own business in Ammu-nation.

I also know of a few five-star-proof hideouts from the LSPD, so I'll max out my wanted level, jump into a "safe zone" and see if they try attacking me in a never-ending swarm of terminator cops. lol

I've only ever managed to hold off a 1v3 group sometime ago (in sniping all three long enough to say "I won" and then leave)--still don't know how I did it... got lucky, I guess. lol

But otherwise, I'll use Ghost Org or my Akula and evade them, then try and pick them off later on if I can. The Akula is seriously worth its weight in GTA$ for its stealth mode alone...
