How to Convert bus model from Hum3d to work in GTA 5 SP

I want to purchase a cool tour bus for my nephew that he found on the Hum3d.com model site. Before I do I'd like to know if it's complicated to put it in the game; GTA 5 SP?

 

The Hum3d people told me to contact someone with GTA 5 mod knowledge to get an answer.

I'd really appreciate someone's assistance!
