Redesigned Vice City in GTA VI

About GTA VI. So now that we've concluded that the next GTA is set in Vice City, do you think they will redesign Vice City to be more like the real-life Miami like they did in Liberty City and San Andreas? So I was wondering, how similar is Vice City to Miami and how accurate is it. I'm thinking GTA VI will be in Vice City, but I'd love to see a return to Vice City in GTA VI.

 

Please tell me why Vice City should be the next location in GTA VI.

Because Vice City is a very small city like Las Venturas and would be work absolutely perfect if they manage to include Las Venturas in GTA 6 like how San Andreas did it.

They also did cut out San Fierro, so I guess that city deserves the prologue GTA 5 needed. Instead of that poorly developed North Yankton town that isn't part of San Andreas.

It is Project America, so they need to include 2 main citys and a San Fierro countryside prologue.

After a year, they should release the San Fierro Stories dlc about the Angels of Death or Traids.

Oh yeah, that Project America also has a South American setting, that probably only be part of a mission.

So a closed off street in Havana would be perfect for some shootout with the police and gangs, like how CoD Black Ops and North Yankton did it.

There should be swamps at the outskirts of Vice City and at certain areas you'll die of swamp AIDS or excessive mosquito bites.

It baffles me why anyone would think that Rockstar would re-use the GTA:Vice City 3D era map in a modern HD Universe GTA game.

(Note: by 'modern' I mean the game is modern, not that it is set in modern times.)

 

The first thing Rockstar will do with any game is to screw up the old map.and chuck it in the trash. They will start over from scratch, to build a bigger. better, more detailed homage of Miami. The only way in which it might be similar, is because both maps would be based on the same overall layout of the real Miami.

Nobody 'concluded' GTA VI (or whatever name it will have) will be in Vice City, that was just some speculation that got picked up by a news site. Anyone could've written that, so until I hear a word from Rockstar, I'll take it with a grain of salt.

 

But in order to not derail the thread, if it is set in Vice, The only thing I think they should do is take the road layout Vice City from 2002, scrap it all and completelly remake it, the road layout in Vice City was not good nor realistic, proved to be quite annoying in some locations. grid patterns might be boring, but they are quite convenient.

HD Era Vice City is coming soon until the announcement of GTA VI. R* should redesign Vice City to be more like the real-life Miami.
