SA-MP: When i look down textures bug out.

Hey, so on SAMP when i look down my textures tend to flicker, or dissapear compleltey, i tended to blame it on my timecyc but it seems that its not causing it. Anyone know why this happens? And does anyone know what kind of mods cause this? It seems to happen more on black skins.
